Water Play!

I spaced this past weekend and didn't pack Parker a bathing suit but randomly, I packed a pair of her bathing suit bottoms instead of panties! Go figure. So she put those on Sunday afternoon and was able to play in the sprinkler since the weather was so nice.  Here a  few shots of her tub full of water and umbrella that she just had to have!

Bubba has graduated!

Last weekend, we went to DeQueen to watch my youngest brother aka "Bubba" graduate high school. I can't believe he is actually a graduate. I can remember when he was born! I already feel old and now I feel even older!! A lot of our family was in and it was great to see everyone and Parker had a great time playing with everyone as well. Saturday, I had to drive to Little Rock and back for my NTL orientation, NOT FUN!!! 8 hours of sitting on my butt in some form. That night, we had a craw fish boil/cookout for family and friends. I was able to see my good friend Lacey, whom I haven't seen in ages! It was so great to hang out with her and catch up on everything. Hopefully, I will see her again before our reunion in July, which I also can't believe is here. I'll save that for another day. My dad, Jeff and brother made the trip to Louisiana early that morning to buy tons of craw fish which I will have to say I have never tried until Saturday night. The taste is okay but I will pass on getting to it. We had a great time and Congratulations Bubba!!

Easter 2010

This year we spent Easter in Conway and Parker was able to get all fancy in her new dress from Mimi and strut her stuff. We were able to see a lot of family and have a good time visiting.

One of Our Favorite Places

We have a little park in Johnson that is very close to our  house and Parker wants to stop there EVERYDAY! Some days we can and other days just don't work. This particular day we were actually able to stop and enjoy the nice weather. Her favorite thing to do is swing and she could quite honestly do it ALL DAY LONG if she had the opportunity. After a while, I am exhausted from the pushing. Thankfully, she has learned to push herself as long as she has one good push!

Egg Hunt

Where do I even begin???

I have been away from the blogging scene for quite some time now. I feel like I just don't have the time here lately to sit down and really get a good blog in. So.....quite a few things have been happening at our house. First off,  Jeff and I looking extremely hard for jobs in the Central and Northwest Arkansas area. We would really prefer to live closer to family but who is being choosy here, NOT US!! Jeff just actually interviewed for an accounting position today in Little Rock and I am trying hard to get into a public school. I am starting the NTL program June 7 so I had to put my notice into Pine Crest so that I can fulfill my requirements for a teaching license. I am still working on my Master's in Special Education and I should hopefully be finished in the next year and a half *crosses my fingers*. Since the last time I blogged, we have had Easter, graduation and other things. Hopefully I can catch everyone up!
